I am pleased to announce that I shall be serving a sustainable food & drinks menu with a ‘Farm to Table’ concept in collaboration with Aranya Farm. This has been organized by Timeout Market Dubai as ‘The Editors Table: Chef’s Editon!’

Only 8 seats available as it is a limited edition Menu, which includes Corn Choux, Caviar & Cream, Pani Puri, Rassam, and Kandhari Kebab, with main dishes including Eggplant-Salan and Thepla and Heirloom Tomato Tart for dessert.

The dinner including drink pairing is priced at AED 375 per person.
