Recipe of Beetroot Croquette

Ingredients :-

Beetroot – 2 no. Potato – ½ piece Sunflower oil – 2 cups Garlic – 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp Salt – TT
Deggi mirch powder- 1 tsp Panko – 2 tbsp
Refined flour – 2 tbsp Kale leaves – a bunch Saffron mayo – 1tsp
Red pepper mayo – 2 tbsp

Method :-

Grate the boiled beetroot and potatoes.

In a pan add oil then add garlic, ginger, sauté it with grated beetroot sauté it tills all the water is dried up.
Then add garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, deggi mirch powder, Salt, for binding add potatoes

Finish it with chopped Coriander leaves. Make refined flour and water thin batter.
Make small dumplings of beetroot mixture dip it into batter. and roll it on panko crumb then deep fry.

Place the red pepper mayo on the plate then place the beetroot croquets.

Garnish it with Saffron mayo and Kale Leaves.
