Chef Prashant Chipkar was Chef De Cuisine at Rasoi Restaurant At Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Geneva, Switzerland from 2014 to 2016.

Rasoi was Rated as 16 of 20 (20 being the highest) in the Gault Millau (2014, 2015 & 2016) for Rasoi, Switzerland.

‘The Gault Millau’, named after it’s founders Henri Gault & Christian Millau, is considered as the most influential restaurant guide in Europe. It awards the famous Gault Millau chef’s toques for outstanding cuisine.

Rasoi was also awarded a Michelin Star.
The Michelin Guides are a series of guide books that have been published by Michelin since 1904. The Michelin Guide awards up to 3 Michelin stars for excellence to a select few establishments.
