Recipe for Cucumber-dill Leaves Granita by Chef Prashant Chipkar


200 g Cucumber
250 g Green bell pepper
50 g Dill leaves
1 clove garlic
5 g Salt
30 g White wine vinegar
100 g Ginger syrup


Cut all the ingredients fine and then blender everything till smooth.
Now put it through a fine sieve.
Then freeze this liquid in a container.
After that use a fork to grate it into a granite.

This liquid is also great to serve as a broth.
